No.3D Puff works best for bold text and simple shapes. Intricate details, tiny letters, or distressed grunge styles cannot be puffed (we will use flat embroidery for those parts).

Does the foam inside the embroidery break down?

We use industrial-grade high-density foam that is designed to withstand washing and wear. It keeps its shape for the life of the hat.

How high is the raised effect?

The embroidery is raised approximately3mm to 4mm off the surface of the hat, giving it a significant and noticeable 3D profile.

Is there an extra cost for 3D embroidery?

No! The price includes the premium 3D Puff customization. It is an all-inclusive price for a retail-quality custom hat.
